Single Room Refresh
Single Room Refresh is a personal, tailored interior design service for clients who would like professional direction for one or more individual rooms, without the need for a full renovation or complete interior design service.
Developed specifically for your home, lifestyle and the way you want the space to feel, it offers a focused design scheme shaped around the room itself, from its layout and light to its colour, furniture, lighting, textiles and finishing details.
The Process
01. IN-PERSON CONSULTATION & Brief
Your project begins with a meeting at your home, where we walk through the room together and discuss what you would like to improve. We consider how the space currently functions, how you want it to feel, what is already working, and what needs to feel more resolved. We also review any pieces you would like to keep and take measurements as needed.
02. FURNITURE LAYOUT
We create a furniture layout plan that improves the flow of the room and ensures it works comfortably for the way you live, with balanced proportions and ease of movement.
03. Moodboard & DESIGN DIRECTION
We develop a tailored concept moodboard and present it in person, alongside the proposed furniture layout and physical samples where relevant, to establish the overall design direction, colour palette, materiality and atmosphere of the space. Two rounds of revisions are included to ensure the design direction feels right before we move into detailed specification.
04. SPECIFICATION & SHOPPING LIST
Once the design direction has been agreed, we develop a detailed, linkable shopping list aligned with your budget, with alternative options where helpful. We specify natural materials, carefully chosen furniture, lighting and finishes, combining Scandinavian warmth and simplicity with contemporary colour, texture and character.
05. FINAL DESIGN PACKAGE
Once finalised, your complete digital design package is issued for implementation, giving you a clear and considered plan to refresh your space with confidence.
06. ORDERING SUPPORT
Once your design package has been issued, two weeks of email support are included should you need clarification while placing orders and bringing the scheme to life. If you would prefer us to manage this process for you, we can place orders on your behalf and coordinate deliveries for furniture, lighting and other specified items. This optional service can include supplier liaison, order tracking, logistics and access to trade pricing where available.
About this Service
This service is intended for decorative interior design and does not include bespoke joinery, structural changes or technical design work.
It can however include furniture, lighting, paint colours, wall finishes, rugs, artwork, accessories and window treatments.
Due to their technical nature, kitchens and bathrooms are not included in the Single Room Refresh service and are delivered as part of our Complete Interior Design service.
Let's Begin
Pricing for our Single Room Refresh service depends on the size and scope of the room, but is typically £1,100 per room, with additional rooms from £900. Most projects are delivered within 2–4 weeks of the in-person consultation, subject to studio availability.
If you are based outside London and the Western Home Counties, we also offer a Virtual Interior Design service for clients across the UK and Europe.
