A custom-designed Finnish sauna sits at one end, with a bespoke sculptural limestone fireplace and matching bench creating a dedicated area for rest. Former basement lightwells, once bricked up, are reinstated to restore natural light to the listed building. Timber panelling and terracotta herringbone flooring introduce warmth and texture, reflecting a Nordic design approach to materiality and wellbeing.

Designed to encourage conversation, this Buckinghamshire living room features teal sofas facing each other around a wood-burning stove. A floor-to-ceiling bookcase, bold striped rug and carefully chosen artwork bring colour, character and warmth to the space.

Originally two small, low rooms, this guest bedroom was opened up to create a lighter, calmer space. A vaulted ceiling and original beams were revealed, the walls were painted in a soft blue, and wooden flooring was added to bring warmth and a subtle Scandinavian feel.
